The actions of the SUPPORT herbal tisane focus on supporting your immune system. This tisane can be used pre or post illness. Ingredients: Elderberry, Cardamom, Echinacea, Ginger root, Rosehips When infusing this tisane use 1 tsp of loose herbs to an 8 oz cup of hot water, cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. * I typically reuse my herbs at least 2 or 3 times before composting them.
